Shillong, October 9, 2015: Four sitting MPs in the Rajya Sabha – Md. Nadimul Haque (West Bengal), Lal Sinh Vadodia (Gujarat), Husain Dalwai (Maharashtra), Dilipbhai Pandya (Gujarat) visited Don Bosco Museum yesterday.
The MPs, as members of the Committee on Government Assurances, Rajya Sabha are on an official visit to the city.
The MPs were very amazed and astonishingly proud to see and tour the museum as one of the MPs remarked, “Excellent! Any visit to Shillong is incomplete without a visit to Don Bosco Museum!”
The museum is a major tourists’ attraction in the city that provides a glimpse of the rich and multi-cultural lifestyles of the indigenous peoples of North East India.
